Organizational Structure

• Office of the Secretary: Includes the Secretary, Undersecretaries, and Assistant Secretaries.
• Bureaus: Local Employment, Labor Relations, Working Conditions, Workers with Special Concerns, International Labor Affairs.
• Attached Agencies: NLRC, NCMB, OWWA, NWPC, TESDA, PRC, ECC, OSHC, ILS, etc.
• Field Offices: Regional Offices and Overseas Labor Offices.
